How it works
Intelligence scores every customer nightly
Three health bands, engagement health, recovery history, and customer value, combine into a 0-100 health score. The nightly AI analyst writes a plain-English assessment for every at-risk customer.
Seven recommended actions surface
Personal outreach for high-value customers showing risk. Continue automated for stable customers in active recovery. Win-back priority for recently churned high-value customers. Each recommendation is actionable.
MRR data updates daily
New, expansion, reactivation, contraction, and churn MRR tracked week by week. NRR and GRR computed from Stripe subscription data. No manual data entry.
What you see after connecting
MRR trends, plan breakdown, monthly narrative.
MRR tracked across 185 active customers. Starter, Growth, and Scale plan breakdown with bar proportions. Monthly AI narrative summarizing what happened and what to watch, delivered in the weekly digest. Day-over-day MRR delta shown on every load.
MRR grew $1,247 this month, driven by 7 new Scale signups. Net revenue retention held at 102% despite 4 voluntary cancellations. Two high-value customers (Bluewave Studios, OakCore) dropped below 30 health score and need attention.
A score that tells you what to do.
The health score is derived from three independent bands: engagement health, recovery history, and customer value. The score is not a black box, the three bands are shown separately. Customers sorted by health score ascending so worst-health customers surface first.

See your at-risk MRR by band.
The Churn page distributes your MRR across three health bands, high risk, medium, and healthy. High-risk customers are sorted by MRR contribution descending so your highest-value at-risk customers surface first.

Questions
How is the health score calculated?
Three independent bands combine into the 0-100 score: engagement health (recent email opens/clicks), recovery history (prior failed payments and outcomes), and customer value (MRR percentile within your account). Each band is shown separately on the customer detail page.
Does Intelligence affect my Recovery sequences?
Yes. A continue_automated_deprioritize recommendation delays email steps 48 hours for low-value customers. A winback_priority recommendation sends the first win-back email at 1 hour instead of 4 hours. Intelligence signals also feed into Disputes triage scoring.
What is the difference between Intelligence and the free Audit?
The Audit is a one-time diagnostic snapshot of your Stripe account. Intelligence is a continuous nightly scoring system that tracks customer health over time, surfaces actionable recommendations, and tracks MRR trends. The Audit is a starting point. Intelligence is an ongoing operational layer.
