- Does Recova touch my Stripe billing configuration?
No. Recova connects with read-only Stripe scope. It reads your failed invoices and subscription data. It never modifies payment methods, subscription logic, prices, or any other Stripe settings.
- What happens if a customer replies to a recovery email?
Replies go to your notification email, the one you set in Recova settings. Recova sends from your domain (or ours with your brand name) so replies come back to you, not a noreply address.
- How does billing work exactly?
Recovery is 20% of payments Recova recovers each month, invoiced at the start of the following month. Disputes are 20% of disputes Recova wins. Intelligence is $199 per month flat. Audit is always free. You owe nothing for sequences that do not recover.
- Can I see what the emails look like before they send?
Yes. Every generated email is visible in your dashboard before and after it sends, with open and click tracking. You can customize tone and brand voice per decline category, or write your own subject lines.
- Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Yes. Disconnect Stripe from your settings page and all active sequences stop immediately. No contracts, no minimum commitments. You are billed only for recoveries that already happened.
