- Is there a free trial?
Audit is always free with no account required. Recovery and Disputes have no trial period because they charge 20% of what they recover, so there is no upfront cost. If Recova does not recover anything, you pay nothing.
- What counts as a "recovered" payment?
A payment is recovered when Recova’s sequence results in the invoice being paid. Recova tracks attribution per sequence step. Payments that Stripe’s Smart Retries recover independently are not counted as Recova recoveries.
- Can I use multiple products together?
Yes. Each product works standalone and the pricing is independent. When used together, Recovery data improves Disputes evidence, and Intelligence signals improve Recovery timing.
